Hammerheads Swim Team Registration Form
The HealthQuest Swim Team is a competitive swim program for children who want to have fun and develop their skills. We strive to provide a positive environment, emphasizing on important technical and social aspects of swimming. Children must be able to swim six consecutive laps of the pool to participate in the swim team program.

Hammerheads Summer Swim Team Registration Form
The HealthQuest Summer Swim Team is a competitive swim program for children who want to have fun and develop their skills. We strive to provide a positive environment, emphasizing on important technical and social aspects of swimming. Children must be able to swim three consecutive laps of the pool to participate in the summer swim team program. A basic knowledge of all four strokes is advised. The Summer Hammerheads swim in the PASDA league. Swim meets are typically held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the summer.

Swimmers may attend up to five practices a week. No refund will be given for unattended practices.
HammerheadiTeamiPhilosophy
Our objective is to work with the swimmers and parents to minimize the gap between potential and performance. Our focus is to assist our athletes in development by stressing quality instruction before quantity. Practices are structured according to age and ability and the ultimate goal is to ensure that all athletes have a positive and successful swimming experience. We emphasize the values of conditioning, commitment, and above all else team work andsportsmanship. .
