The Pilates method is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates that strengthens the body without adding bulk.  The principles from Eastern traditions like Yoga and Western strength training are combined and designed to restore joint mobility, decompress the spine and improve posture.  The result is a longer, leaner, stronger body that moves without pain.Pilates Reformers are an effective, non-impact stretching workout that works muscles deep in the core of the body with a system of progressive resistance.With the use of Reformer, Tower, and Chair apparatuses, there are thousands of exercises to help add variety to you routine for a more enjoyable experience. º REBALANCE Pilates will help to rebalance the muscles that get overused from your occupation, poor strength training techniques and day to day stress.º STRENGTHEN CORE
