The Supreme Party!
Private Party Room, 1 1/2 Hours, Invitations, Personalized 1/4 Sheet Cake or cupcake cake with deluxe cake decoration, Table Covers, Paper goods, Choice of 2 Beverages, Candles, 2 Party Hosts, Set up and Clean up, up to 15 guests, and Party Child is FREE!
Each participant over package allotment is $13.00 per child.
Extra party options are available for an additional charge.
Party Deadlines
All Parties are confirmed one week prior to your party. We ask that you have your number of guests finalized, food and balloons selected at that time.
After your party is finalized we will only accept and are able to accommodate changes up to the following day and time the week of your party:
By Friday at 12:00 1 ½ week prior:
- Cake order and/or changes
**If we do not have your cake order on time, your party will default to a traditional birthday cake** - Final Guest Number
By the Wednesday prior at 12:00: - Fruit/Veggie Platter Pizza, Chicken Fingers and Mozzarella Sticks
- Snack Order: Balloon order
- Pinata Order : Final Payment
- Final payments must be in the form of CASH, CREDIT CARD or HealthQuest CLUB CHARGE
**NO Personal Checks will be accepted**
