HealthQuest Birthday Party Policies
*Gratuities not included, they are optional, at your discretion and are greatly appreciated.
Reservations must be made in advance. NO unauthorized parties permitted.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. You have access to your party room 15 minutes prior to your part time. Due to party schedules, your room may/may not be fully decorated.
As each child arrives they will be checked in and receive a wristband from the party host. Wrist bands MUST be worn at all times during the party.
Your party host will decorate your party room with all HealthQuest supplied decorations and paper goods and purchased HealthQuest items (i.e. balloon). If you choose to bring your own decorations, you are responsible to decorate.
In order to guarantee the correct number of hosts, confirmation must be made 7 days in advance. Parties with 20 and over children require an additional host at a rate of $40.00. For parties over 24 children, please speak to a party sales representative.
All parties begin and end promptly at their scheduled times. Due to party schedules, extensions of party times can only be accommodated in advance at the time of booking.
All pizza changes must be made by the Thursday prior to the party. Any changes made after Thursday are NOT GUARANTEED!
Cake orders must be placed NO LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PARTY. NO exceptions.
Absolutely NO outside food, piƱatas or beverages are permitted. NO exceptions.
